Girls in Tech Liberia (GITL)  organized its first seminar event on February 18th, 2022. The event shares the most effect way to support girls in tech by networking with Partners, Sponsors, GITL Team and Volunteers. The event offers solutions to break down the barriers to tech education. 

We invited high-level of tech speakers. They spoke on the important of women in technology and the benefit of technology.

During that seminar, there were BSc scholarships awarded to 10 females by one of our speakers in person of Dr. Darlington David. The seminar created motivations for young women to get engage and involved in to technology.

This seminar discussed finding out the best solutions to help women and girls explore the technology industry.
